An invitation to a unique female fitness networking opportunity
Start your day off right and join a great group of women to walk and talk the VA Beach boardwalk. It’s an opportunity to network with other women while doing something good for yourself. Whether you’re a stay-at-home Mom, a Business Owner, or anything in between, you’re welcome to join us…the only qualification is that you’re a female and up for a little exercise.
With so many networking opportunities surrounded by food and beverages, we thought it was time to do something a little different. Why not get a group of women together to network while we do something a little more productive? Walk, talk, and get to know other women, while we get in shape for the summer season as well.
Join Rhonda Poole of Signature Settlements (and a new organization, Woman 2 Woman Mentoring) and Angie Utter of My Time is Your Time Lifestyle Management each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, beginning Monday, March 17th at 6:00 a.m. (That’s right A.M., so roll out of bed, throw on some workout clothes, a hat, and come on out to start the day off right. Beauty at this hour is not our concern, it’s the fellowship, friendship and fitness that we’re after).
We walk for an hour, but if you need to leave early, that’s fine too, just turn around at your half way mark. Feel free to invite your female friends and neighbors and join us one to three days each week. Please complete and bring the attached NetWalking Disclaimer with you on your first day. Here are the details…
