Membership: We encourage anyone who might be interested to come out and try the group FREE. If you decide you would like to be an “official member”, we ask for a small, $25 a year donation to help us cover our administrative costs.

Saturday Breakfast/Workout: NetWalking hosts a monthly Saturday Breakfast & Walk. This breakfast is open to all ladies. Dress is workout gear as we walk afterwards and bring sun screen.
Location: Max & Erma’s (Located in the Doubletree Hotel next to the VA Beach Convention Center) Cost: $15 for members $20 for guests Time: 8:00 a.m.-9:15ish for Breakfast, walking after is optional. Date: Saturday, June 21st
