Day 3-Friday, March 21, 2008
Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. Angie Utter, Jaime Krapf, Rhonda Poole & Dale Schultz
Why do we meet SO early? Several reasons… 1) Starting early allows many to participate and still get home and to work on time. 2) When you get in a workout first thing in the morning, all of the regular excuses that come up and prevent you from working out are mute. 3) As the temperature gets warmer, we’ll avoid the heat by the early hour. 4) You know how congested the boardwalk can be, but not at this hour. 5) And Last but Not Least...How often do you get to see the sunrise? It’s gorgeous, and a wonderful way to start your day!!! |
