he following rates, payment options, terms, and conditions apply for all concierge services provided by My Time is Your Time Lifestyle Management.

Rates

· A FREE initial consultation is available to all new clients. In order to offer exceptional service, we prefer to meet with each new client to get an accurate understanding of your needs and create customized pricing to meet those needs. This also provides you an opportunity to meet us in person and feel more comfortable entrusting us with your responsibilities.

· A special discount is available for all first time customers, as well as military and senior adults.

· Hourly rates vary based on services requested. We require a one hour minimum of service. Any time thereafter is billed in 15 minute increments. When running errands, time begins & ends at our office.

· We do offer discounted monthly packages in increments of 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours per month. See additional information in conditions below.

 

Payments

· Payment for any a la carte service are due upon completion.

· All purchases incurred on behalf of a client, (i.e. as dry cleaning, groceries or concert tickets) will be due upon completion of service.

· A concierge account must be set up to cover costs of purchases over $50.00

· Payments accepted include cash, check, credit and debit cards.

· Monthly membership packages must be paid in full, in advance by credit card, personal check, cash or money order.

· A percentage of all profits will be donated to our designated charity, The United Way.

· For your convenience and safety we offer Pay Pal for all credit and debit card payments. By clicking the link below, you will be redirected to their secure server.

· You can easily create an account to use each month at My Time is Your Time or if you already have a Pay Pal Account, you can use your existing login and password to easily make payments.

 

 

 

 

 

Business Hours

· Regular business office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

· We request a lead time of at least 24 hours for all service calls. We strive to fulfill all requests as soon as possible, but do operate on a first come, first serve basis.

· Any services needed outside of regular business hours must be prearranged by appointment and additional fees may apply.

 

 

Conditions & Terms

· With a goal of outstanding customer service, we commit to reply to all voicemail or email messages within 24 hours.

· My Time is Your Time is insured and bonded and all representatives of have undergone a background check so you can rest assured knowing your home and possessions are in trustworthy hands.

· My Time is Your Time only performs services that are moral, ethical and legal.

· If a client utilizes hours over their monthly membership package, additional hours may be purchased a la carte or another package may be purchased.

· Any unused monthly package hours can be rolled over to the next month, provided another monthly package is purchased, i.e. a client purchases 30 hours in April and only uses 26 hours, the remaining 4 hours will be rolled over to May, with the purchase of another package of 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours for the month of May.

· My Time is Your Time works primarily in the VA Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk, VA area – any services rendered outside of this area may incur additional charges.

· My Time is Your Time holds the right to refuse any business it feels to be unsafe and unsuitable for it’s employees.

· My Time is Your Time reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
