~Vacationing Vince’s Problem I need a good repairman to fix my refrigerator, but I don’t know of any. All of the repairmen I called from the phonebook gave me a 4-hour time window that I’d need to wait for them to show up. Since I have no personal leave, I would have to use my precious vacation leave to sit and wait until they can come. If they show up in the latter part of the time window, I will have wasted a whole half day of vacation. This is NOT how I want to use my vacation! There has got to be a better solution.
Vince’s Solution~ I made one call to My Time is Your Time and was able to go into work and leave it for them to handle. They called one of their preferred vendors and met the repairman at my house. My Time is Your Time stayed while they did the work to make sure they did a good job. The whole experience was wonderful.
